From first message to final frame

Planning a wedding from another country is a lot. Here is exactly how we'll work together — so you always know what comes next.

    Hello

    Send your inquiry

Send me your date and venue through the inquiry form or by requesting the investment guide. I reply personally — in English or Spanish.

  2. 02

    Let's talk

    A short video call

Fifteen minutes to hear about your celebration — the venue, the guests, the kind of photos you love — and to shape the coverage around your day.

  3. 03

    It's official

    Reserve your date

A signed agreement and a 30% retainer — paid securely online — hold your date. The balance is due 30 days before the wedding. Prices are in US dollars with taxes included.

  4. 04

    Getting to know you

    Your story first

A short questionnaire about the two of you: how you met, your favorite moment together, the photographers you admire, the songs that are yours, your colors, the people who matter most — and anything you'd rather not see in your photos.

  5. 05

    Planning

    Built around the light

Your planner, venue coordinator, hair and makeup, DJ and florist, plus the schedule for every day — from welcome dinner or Mehndi to the after-party. I plan the timeline around golden hour and coordinate directly with your team.

  6. 06

    Portraits

    Ideas, not poses

Couples who feel awkward in front of a camera get a few simple ideas ahead of time — from the classic portrait to quiet, candid frames — so on the day you can just be yourselves.

  7. 07

    The day

    Present, never in the way

Documentary when the day unfolds, a few minutes of direction for portraits. A second photographer and a film crew join when your celebration calls for it.

  8. 08

    After

    Relive it all

A sneak peek within 72 hours, then your full gallery, every image color-graded by hand — and, if you choose film, your wedding film and trailer cut to your songs.

Good to know

Questions couples ask

Do you travel?

Yes. I'm based in San José del Cabo with a studio in Riviera Maya, and I photograph weddings across Mexico and abroad. Travel outside Los Cabos is quoted separately.

Can you work with our planner?

Always. I coordinate the timeline, vendor list and schedule directly with your planner and venue.

Multi-day celebrations?

Yes — welcome dinners, Mehndi and Sangeet nights, ceremonies and after-parties. Tell me about each day and I'll tailor the coverage.

How is coverage priced?

Every celebration is different, so I tailor a proposal to yours. Request the investment guide or send an inquiry and I'll send it personally.
